Simon joined Outsourcery in January 2010 to head up the newly created Channel Business Unit, which focuses solely on the needs and requirements of our Indirect Partners. Simon is responsible for signing and activating new Cloud partners and he works closely with the large Strategic Partners.
From 2005 to 2009 Simon was Sales & Marketing Director at Yes Telecom, a B2B mobile service provider, which the management team sold to Vodafone in 2006. Yes was a channel-only business.
Until joining Yes, Simon’s career was developed working in major London Advertising Agencies where he honed his strategic thinking skills. In addition to working on a number of well-known household brands, he embraced the telecoms industry from an early stage working on the launch of Nokia in the UK, Northern Telecoms drive into Europe, the growth of the Caudwell Group, Motorola and many others.
Adam joined Outsourcery in April 2003 as a Business Advisor for the Direct Sales Force. He then went on to manage the Basingstoke Sales Office before becoming the Regional Sales Director for the Southern Sales Region.
Adam then relocated up to Manchester where he set up Outsourcery’s Internal Sales Team, selling products to new & existing customers and through the web. Since August 2008 he has been part of our Partner Channel, managing the Partner Management Team who are responsible for developing partner relationships and the acquisition of new business.
Since October 2011, Adam also took responsibility for Mobile and is now Head of Mobile & Partner Management.
Becky joined Outsourcery in 2005 and has enjoyed a variety of roles including Business Advisor, Area Sales Manager and Major Account Manager. Becky has worked within the Channel Business Unit since 2009, as a Partner Business Manager, and is responsible for supporting the strategic relationship with Cloud and Mobile Partners including sales, marketing and commercial support, product training and new products.
Along with the other Partner Business Managers, Becky takes an active role in training new partners via introductory webinars on the Partner Portal and Control Panel.
Aside from work Becky enjoys Eventing, running and travel.
Keith has been part of Outsourcery since May 2002. Joining as a Business Advisor he was quickly promoted to Area Sales Manager and then Partner Business Manager in the Channel Business Unit.
In 2007 Keith joined Adam Cathcart to develop the existing partners and launch a new SaaS partner programme. Keith works with both SaaS and Mobile partners and is responsible for supporting the strategic relationship which includes sales, marketing, commercial assistance, training & Partner development.
Keith spends most of his spare time with his family & friends, he also enjoys playing football and mountain biking.
Ben joined Outsourcery in 2008 bringing with him over 10 years experience in the telecoms industry. After spending a number of successful years at large telecoms-led blue chip organisations, the move into the IT arena was the natural progression. Ben now manages the Strategic Partners within the Channel Business Unit who are becoming key players in the SaaS market.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing golf, is a season ticket holder at Sheffield United Football Club and playing the Saxophone.
Jane joined Outsourcery at the start of 2010 working with both the Channel Business Unit and the Direct Sales Team. She has recently moved full time into an Internal Partner Management role to support the strategy and growth in the Channel.
Prior to joining Outsourcery Jane saw success in the Financial Services Industry, gaining FPC and CeMap qualifications. Having managed small intermediary businesses she knows how important it is to be able to rely on a good service from your provider.
Louise joined Outsourcery in 2002 working with direct sales, before moving to Marketing in 2010 and joining the partner team in November 2011. Louise brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of Outsourcery to the team.
She works with the marketing and product teams to deliver activities which support the Channel on-boarding process, getting partners market ready and actively selling. She also co-ordinates partner comms, supports channel events and works with partners to develop case studies and associated PR opportunities.
Louise spends most of her spare time with family and friends, socialising and shopping.
Ryan joined Outsourcery in 2003 as Customer Service Advisor and later progressed into account management. In 2005 Ryan was appointed Team Coach, working across the customer service teams to develop people and processes, and then promoted to Billing & Order Processing Manager.
Since 2011, Ryan has led the internal and remote support teams for Mobile and 1st line support for hosting customers and partners.
Sean has been with the company since 2000, and is now responsible for the day to day management of the Customer and Partner Support Team. His team is responsible for a wide range of duties, from providing expert support to diagnosing technical faults, billing analysis, order provisioning and general customer and partner enquiries. Sean is also responsible for building and maintaining customer and partner relationships.
Sean has held a number of management roles at Outsourcery and brings to the role a proven track record of operating efficiently and effectively. He recognises the importance of driving motivated and hardworking teams, with the primary objective of delivering an outstanding level of customer support to both customers and partners.
Suzanne joined Outsourcery in 2004 within the admin team. She quickly progressed into the Account Implementation Team where she managed all new customers from the point of commercial sign off through to a successful first bill.
After a short break on maternity leave, Suzanne returned to a new role within Customer & Partner Support. She has the ability to learn new skills quickly, and shares her knowledge with team members. Her current role includes the provisioning of new services and she has played a key role in testing, developing and documenting processes to support these solutions.
James joined Outsourcery in 2004 and has a wealth of experience in both customer services, provisioning and technical roles. He has a first class record for customer-focused account management, providing an excellent start to finish customer experience from first point of contact to resign and retention.
James is an avid Bolton Wanderers supporter and enjoys spending time with his family.
Dean joined Outsourcery in 2004and had held a number of different roles, from Business Customer Service Advisor to Corporate Account Manager and Customer Loyalty, before joining the Customer and Partner Support Team in February 2011.
Dean has quickly established himself within the team, developing strong business relationships with both partners and customers. He is passionate about customer service, which has been recognised by the business who supported Dean in attaining the Solutions Award within the Institute of Customer Service’s professionally recognised awards.
Outside of work Dean has a passion for cooking, the theatre and music.
Omar joined Outsourcery in 2007 in a number of customer service roles before joining the Channel Services Team in December 2009. Omar is responsible for the provisioning and support of all Outsourcery hosted products ranging from Control Panel navigation to second line Hosted Support.
Omar has a passion for sport, in particular Football and UFC and typically plays 5 a side football every week.
Mark has been with Outsourcery for over three years and brings a wealth of experience in both account management and technical roles to the team, which he gained from working for respected blue chip companies in the ITC sector.
He has a first class record in providing customer-focused account management tailored to individual customer needs, and is focused on delivering an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
Fahim joined the customer service team Outsourcery in 2007, where he has gained a real passion for technical expertise. This has led to him becoming a BlackBerry expert, and recognition from his fellow colleagues who voted him Employee of the Year 2010.
Fahim enjoys working with both customers and partners, as each provide him with different challenges.
Natalie has been with Outsourcery since May 2008. Throughout her time with Outsourcery, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through a number of support roles including Corporate Account management and Billing Executive.
In 2011, Natalie’s skills enabled her to become a key member of the multi-skilled Customer and Partner Support Team, where she is responsible for all aspects of Account Management in addition to supporting Technical Support requests for both the customer and partner base.
With a Right First Time attitude, Natalie has built a solid reputation within Outsourcery further supported by her achieving the Gold Award from the professionally recognised Institute of Customer Service.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys socialising and shopping.
Victoria joined Outsourcery in May 2010 within the Credit Control department. She was appointed Controller and Legal Ledger for the Channel Business Unit in September 2010 supporting the team with debt collection and legal advice.
Victoria’s previous experiences involve key credit control and legal positions working for a multi-national building and construction company, Hilti GB Ltd.
